Description du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur(e) de projet junior pour appuyer la gestion et la réalisation de projets industriels variés. Le rôle couvre toutes les phases du cycle de projet : planification, coordination des équipes, suivi d’avancement, documentation et soutien terrain.
Ce poste combine travail administratif et présence sur le terrain afin d’assurer la bonne exécution des travaux, résoudre des enjeux techniques simples et maintenir une communication efficace entre les intervenants.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé pour :
Assurer la cohérence entre la conception, la production et l’installation
Garantir la qualité des livrables
Soutenir les équipes et assurer une expérience client positive
Responsabilités
Participer à la planification et au suivi des projets
Coordonner les activités entre conception, atelier, fournisseurs et équipes terrain
Gérer et mettre à jour la documentation (plans, rapports, as-built)
Effectuer des visites de chantier et rédiger les rapports associés
Supporter les équipes d’installation et résoudre des enjeux techniques simples
Préparer la documentation de clôture de projet
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus
Profil recherché
BAC en génie industriel, mécanique ou domaine connexe
1 à 3 ans d’expérience en milieu industriel ou manufacturier
Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans techniques
Solides aptitudes en coordination, organisation et communication
Français courant; anglais fonctionnel
Proactivité, rigueur, autonomie et aisance en contexte terrain

Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination and execution of industrial projects. The role involves participating in all phases of the project cycle, including scheduling, team coordination, progress tracking, documentation management, and on-site support.
This position offers a combined office and field work environment, helping ensure smooth installations, resolving minor technical issues, and maintaining strong communication between stakeholders.
Key contributions include:
Ensuring alignment between design, production and installation
Maintaining high-quality technical deliverables
Supporting teams and contributing to a strong client experience
Responsibilities
Support project planning, scheduling and progress tracking
Coordinate activities between design, workshop, suppliers and field teams
Maintain and update project documentation (drawings, reports, as-builts)
Conduct project site visits and complete follow-up reports
Assist installation teams and resolve minor technical issues
Prepare close-out documentation
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical or related Engineering
1–3 years industrial or manufacturing experience
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong coordination, organization and communication skills
Fluent in French; functional English
Proactive, detail-oriented, autonomous and comfortable on site
